Phenomena such as: constantly recurring discussions, unclear interfaces, poor atmosphere, group formation...<\/p>\n<p>In this training course, participants reflect on the success factors of team development and work out the basic rules and requirements for dealing with each other.<\/p>\n<p>Individual team workshops can be organised on various other topics.
