Management coaching

A successful manager is characterised not only by specialist knowledge, but above all by leadership skills and an individual management style.

In leadership coaching, participants expand their leadership knowledge and skills. They examine their own behaviour, strengths and potential, reflect on past situations and optimise their leadership behaviour in difficult situations. Together with the coach, they develop techniques for a confident demeanour in day-to-day management.

The specific objectives and content are discussed individually with the manager in advance.
