From customer advisor to branch manager

In this qualification programme, customer advisors are prepared to take over the management of a branch by participating in training modules that build on each other.

The programme is aimed at employees who are already working successfully as customer advisors in the company and would like to pass on their enthusiasm for sales and motivate and support their colleagues.
