The BSDG permits the collection, storage, alteration or transmission of personal data in all cases, provided this is done within the scope of the purpose of a contract or a relationship of trust similar to a contract, or insofar as it is necessary to safeguard legitimate interests and there is no reason to assume that the data subject’s legitimate interest in preventing such processing or use outweighs those interests. (Section 28 BDSG)
Your personal data is processed and used for administrative and billing purposes. The seller undertakes to ensure that its employees are familiar with and comply with the relevant data protection regulations, as currently in force.
You have the right to be informed about the personal data held about you, its source and recipients, and the purpose for which it is held. Furthermore, you have the right to request the erasure, restriction or rectification of your data at any time.
